Co-operative Row
Co-operative
Row was created from three terraced houses and
provides a home for up to seven people to live independently with a
little extra support from the resident Support Worker, who provides
day-to-day management. Co-operative Row is a modern attractive
scheme with:
- Self contained studio flats
- Communal dining and living areas
- 24 hour support and guidance
- Life and social skills help tailored to meet individual
needs
- Social activities
- A friendly, family atmosphere
- A safe and secure environment

Who is the project for?
People aged 18 or over, who need an extra
level of support to live independently, or who have a care
package. We will assess and nominate people to the project
according to specific criteria, including:
- Ability to live safely
- Communication and co-operative living
- Social acceptability
- Support needs
The Support Worker at Co-operative Row will also set individual
plans and objectives with each resident so that they have goals to
aim for in their personal development. Due to the success of the
project, tenants often move on to more independent
accommodation.
