How do I report my repair to Apollo?

You need to report your repair to Apollo who will deal with your query or request directly. Please phone 0300 123 66 11 and press 1.

We've listed some typical repairs below.

Types of repair calls taken by Apollo:

  • Toilet not flushing
  • Lights not working
  • Electric storage heaters faulty
  • Immersion heater not working
  • Electric sockets faulty
  • Window catch faulty
  • Gate repairs
  • Plastering
  • Central heating boiler not working - no heat or hot water
  • Radiator leaking or not heating
  • Time clock faulty
  • Room stat faulty
  • Noisy central heating pump
  • Gas fire not working
  • Unable to select heat or hot water separately (possible three-way valve)

By calling Apollo direct means that you can book an appointment at a time and date which suits you. So you can enjoy even better customer care.

What happens if a contractor calls when I am out?

You will be offered an appointment when you register your repair. There are five appointment slots throughout the day.  These are:-

  • Early evening
  • Saturday mornings
  • 8.30am - 11.00am
  • 11.00am - 2.00pm
  • 2.00pm - 5.00pm

Under certain circumstances, where these daytime slots are not convenient we are able to offer a limited number of early evening or Saturday morning appointments for minor repairs.

Your appointment will be confirmed to you in writing where possible and should you miss your alloted appointment the repair will be cancelled and you will need to call us again to raise the repair and you may be charged for any costs incurred by ourselves.
