repair?
You can report a repair by:

- Contractors office hours are 9am to 5pm
What do I do in an emergency?
An emergency repair is any repair that is an immediate danger to
your health, to the public’s safety, is a security problem or which
may lead to serious damage to the property. This may include; gas
leak, major storm damage or a burst pipe. Please phone 0845 603
5399.
What information do you need when I
report a repair?
When you report a repair, the team at FWA or Kinetics will help diagnose
the problem and let you know the timescale for fixing the
repair.
They will need as much information as possible to ensure they are
well prepared and can aim to complete the repair on their first
visit to your home. The team will ask you a number of
questions about your repair to help identify what work is
required.
When you report a repair please tell us:
- Your name and address
- A contact telephone number (we would like both your home and
mobile number)
- The best time to do the repair as we now offer appointment
slots throughout the day
- Any specific issues which would help us and the contractor
prioritise your repair, for example are you elderly, have young
children (under 5 years) and/or any health issues which require you
to have your repair completed quicker than usual
- As much relevant detail about the repair as possible.
By giving this information to us it will help us provide a
service that meets your needs. You will receive confirmation
from the contractor giving details of your repair
request and the appointment made (date and time).
Please remember to check for identification before
letting anyone into your home.
