Get peace of mind with Lifeline from as little as £2.71 a week

A lifeline enables you to get help from our call centre 24 hours a day. We offer weekly and monthly support visits or in emergencies. The Operators will get assistance from your nominated contacts or the emergency servics. The centre is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and work with a local team of Supported Housing staff.

Who can apply for this service?
Any one who feels vulnerable and in need of some support and peace of mind. This means that you do not need to be elderly, disabled or living on your own to apply to for this service.

What does it cost?
Yes there is a one off fee of £30 for fitting your Lifeline, and then it is as little as £2.71 a week. You can choose a variety of ways to pay to suit your individual needs. Please see full costs here.
