Tenancy Support Service

Information for clients

• Are you struggling to maintain your Spire tenancy?
• Have rent or council tax arrears and are finding it difficult to reduce them?
• Need help budgeting your money?
• Have just moved home and are finding it difficult to resettle?
• Need assistance with claiming Welfare Benefits?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes you may be eligible for tenancy support!

Tenancy Support is a free short term service provided by Spire Homes Housing Services, working to support tenants to sustain their tenancies and reduce the likelihood of homelessness and financial and social exclusion.

Support is normally delivered by a Tenancy Support Officer visiting you at your home or at an agreed location.

We will work with you to develop a support plan tailored to your specific tenancy needs and will work on each issue on a step by step basis.

Support will last no longer than 6 months, if support is still needed after this point we will try to signpost / refer you to another agency which may be more suitable for your needs.
