Spire Homes' Housing Services team prides itself on ensuring that Spire tenants receive the best service possible. Our role is to ensure tenants feel they are living in a safe, community-based environment, and tackling anti-social behaviour is a priority.  The Housing Services Team is also responsible for making sure tenants adhere to their tenancy conditions.

We aim to be easy to contact and efficient when dealing with your enquiries, whether they are complaints or requests for general information. We want to listen to your views about the services we provide and, where we can, make the changes you want to see.
