Making a complaint, compliment, comment

If you would like to pay us a compliment for something you are pleased about please let us know by completing the online compliments form. Or, if you would like to make a comment on our services please complete the online comments form.

You can make a complaint by writing or emailing to us, by telephone or by completing the online complaints form. If you make a complaint we will investigate it thoroughly and tell you within 10 working days what we are going to do to put things right. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days.man on mobile phone

Once you have received a resolution to your complaint we would really appreciate if you could complete the online complaints survey form giving us your feedback on how well the complaint was handled and y comments or suggestions you may have to improve the service.
