You can make a complaint by writing or emailing to us, by
telephone or by completing the online
complaints form. If you make a complaint we will investigate it
thoroughly and tell you within 10 working days what we are going to
do to put things right. Your complaint will be acknowledged within
3 working days.
Once you have received a resolution to your complaint we would
really appreciate if you could complete the online complaints survey form
giving us your feedback on how well the complaint was handled and y
comments or suggestions you may have to improve the service.
