Tenants
We provide high quality affordable housing for
rent throughout Northamptonshire and Rutland and continue to
develop new properties every year by working in partnership with
local authorities.
We offer a wide range of housing solutions,
including:
General Needs Homes
These are for people who
do not require support with their tenancy or the services of a
scheme manager.
Supported
Homes
These homes are supported by a mobile
warden and connected to a central control centre out of normal
office hours. Tenants are able to live independent lives within
their own home but can contact someone immediately if they need
help.
Special Needs Homes
We
work in partnership with organisations such as Social Services as
well as a number of voluntary agencies to provide suitable housing
with the appropriate care and support. We also work with Headway
and provide a specialised housing scheme for people who need extra
support.
Garages
Spire Homes manages nearly 1,000 garages throughout the district,
available to both Spire Homes tenants and private individuals.
