East Northamptonshire Tenants

Tenants work with staff to give tenants’ views on responsive repairs and improvements which include reviewing policies and procedures and monitoring the delivery of the service.  The group meets every 3 months and between meetings the group occasionally visits tenants, staff and contractors to gain a clear understanding of how the service is delivered.

What do I need to do to become a member?
Open membership – you just have to be a Spire Homes tenant with an interest in repairs and improvements.
