Tenant Involvement
Involving tenants in the services we provide
is at the heart of everything we do. We would like to
encourage as many tenants as possible to get involved and have a
say in the services we provide because this helps us to improve our
services to you.
Our Tenant Involvement and Consultation
Strategy sets out how we will make sure that all our tenants have
the opportunity to get involved over the next 2 years. Please

We have a dedicated Resident Involvement Team
who can provide you with support, advice and guidance to help you
be involved. We also offer transport to and from meetings by taxi
or we will reimburse you for any out-of-pocket expenses such as
childcare or travel costs.
It doesn’t matter how much time you can offer,
you can choose the level of involvement that suits you. It
can be one-off or you can be involved on a regular basis
By getting involved you can:
- Help us to improve the services we
provide
- Work with us to improve your
neighbourhood
- Be involved in housing decisions that affect
you
- Develop your knowledge and skills
