Homechoice is a new scheme in which East Northamptonshire Council and Spire Homes are working together to improve customer choice for rented accommodation.  This is a new way of finding a home to rent giving you more choice about where you want to live. Available properties will be advertised and once you are registered with Nene Valley Homechoice you can make a bid on properties you are interested in and that are suitable for your household.
