We are a successful housing provider of more than 4,800 homes enabling the creation of sustainable thriving communities in East Northamptonshire, Rutland and the surrounding areas.

Formed in 2001 we began as a stock transfer organisation. We understand housing and neighbourhood management and the importance of putting customers at the heart of everything we do. Tenant satisfaction is important to us, and from the start our tenants have had faith and confidence in Spire Homes, without which we would be unable to operate. Our drive, energy and enthusiasm have helped us to break new ground and make significant impact in local communities.

We work hard to improve people’s lives - having learnt what is important to our tenants. We have always and will continue to work in partnership with tenants and different agencies to improve and develop our services in response to their aspirations. We strive to keep people’s homes in good condition, neighbourhood’s safe and tackling antisocial behaviour.  We go the extra mile to make a real difference to the people we serve.

We make engagement fun, as well as meaningful, successfully involving customers in everything from competitions to fun days and contractor selection processes. At Spire Homes we celebrate diversity and work hard to make people feel included and inspired to get involved.
