Putting our customers first
We are extremely committed to providing excellent standards of
customer care. We have a Customer Charter in place which
outlines our service standards to make sure we give great
customer service.
You can phone us on 0300 123 66 11 between
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, where our Customer Services
team will be happy to help you.
You can
also visit our office at 1 Crown Court, Crown Way,
Rushden.
If you need to contact us outside normal office hours we have an
emergency service. You simply need to phone 0300 123
66 11 and it will divert your call to the out-of-hours
service.
We know how important it is to make
sure everyone has equal access to our services and that
we understand people have individual needs.
As part of our commitment we will:
- Provide facilities such as Typetalk or minicom services
for customers who have speech or hearing
difficulties
- Offer you a portable hearing loop, where appropriate
- Make sure our staff are trained to use interpretation
facilities and deal with your request when you ask us to
communicate with you in different ways
- Give information in larger print, audio format, Braille or
another language if requested
- Adjust our services to meet the needs and choices of our
customer
- Make sure that our office is accessible to everyone
