What We Can Offer You
A visit by one of our caseworkers will enable you (in the
privacy of your own home) to find out more about our scheme and how
we can help you.
We can give advice and assistance on:
- Home Repairs
- Disabled Adaptations
- Benefits
- Energy Efficiency and Safety measures
- Possible Funding Sources eg. Local Authority Grants, Charitable
Funding, etc
- Paperwork – completing forms, writing letters, etc
- Referrals – to other organisations for assistance where
appropriate
- Provide details of Contractors from our Approved Contractor
List.
We have qualified Technical Officers who
will:
- Offer expert advice
- Provide alternative options for your repairs or
adaptations
- Prepare drawings and specifications
- Liaise with the Contractors
- Obtain competitive quotes on your behalf
- Monitor and inspect the work on site through to completion
- Ensure the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
Once appointed we will see your job through from start to
finish, offering you total peace of mind.
