We can give advice and assistance on:

• Home Repairs
• Disabled Adaptations
• Benefits
• Energy Efficiency and Safety measures
• Possible Funding Sources eg. Local Authority Grants, Charitable Funding, etc
• Paperwork – completing forms, writing letters, etc
• Referrals – to other organisations for assistance where appropriate
• Provide details of Contractors from our Approved Contractor List.

We have qualified Technical Officers who will:

• Offer expert advice
• Provide alternative options for your repairs or adaptations
• Prepare drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the Contractors
• Obtain competitive quotes on your behalf
• Monitor and inspect the work on site through to completion
• Ensure the work has been completed to your satisfaction.

Once appointed we will see your job through from start to finish, offering you total peace of mind.
