Care and Repair
Care and Repair East Northamptonshire and Wellingborough is a
Home Improvement Agency which is based at the Spire Homes offices
in Rushden. It aims to enable older people or people with
disabilities to remain in their own home in comfort and security
for as long as they choose.
Care and Repair is funded by:
In many cases work carried out on a client's home is funded
through local authority grants or other available sources.
Some clients also fund works themselves, safe in the knowledge that
all aspects of the work will be monitored and supervised by Care
and Repair.
The service offers a range of support to homeowners/private
tenants aged 60 or over, and to people of any age who have a
disability, who are living in East Northamptonshire or
Wellingborough. Care and Repair offers a range of support to
our clients however, our primary role is to help with repairs and
adaptations from securing funding for works to designing schemes
and on-site management.
