We employ approximately 125 staff in total who are either office based or work in Scheme based remote locations.  Recruitment and retention of staff is a key priority.  We have developed a number of family friendly policies to help attract staff, including job share, variable time, and home working arrangements.  We offer an external confidential counseling service, too.
